Shipping and Returns
We are shipping paper patterns to the USA
US customers may now purchase both paper and downloadable items, such as patterns in PDF form.
Free Shipping With Minimum Order
With a minimum order of $50, shipping is free to locations in Canada and the USA on the sale of paper patterns.
Free shipping is NOT a trackable service. If you require tracking call 226-376-0130 for additional charges.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on destination, and size and weight of the product. They will be calculated after you've entered your shipping address, and will be added before you enter your payment information and complete your purchase.
We deliver parcels to our shipping partner twice a week:
- Tuesdays
- Thursdays
Please allow approximately 5–6 business days for delivery (in Canada) once your order has been shipped on one of these days. Shipping the the USA will generally take longer and will be processed through the United States Postal Service.

If you require faster shipping it is recommended that you buy the PDF pattern.
Returns
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
